The objective for this proposal is to produce / invest in the screenplay of Thriller
Hindi Feature Film Project with its own original plot and story line. The Story line
and engaging screenplay is an extremely viable film project with great earning
potential.
“The story revolves around a married woman, she is hell for husband and the
same woman become heaven for a Gangster hide himself escaping from
police in her house."
90% of film will shoot in Single Location, (a middle class house) with Three center
Characters,and having 3 to 4 other character artists only in few scenes.
Schedules, script, locations and talent will be ‘locked’ and will stay locked. This
avoids consternation and confusion within departments.
1.2 Financial projections
Proposal Projected Production Budget is Rs. 32 Lacs (approx).
GROSS PROFIT EARNING CAN BE 50 LAC to 5 CRORE.
2. Film Industry Environment
2.1 Overview of the industry
As per PriceWaterHouseCoopers (PWC). The Indian entertainment and media
(E&M) industry has out-performed the Indian economy and is one of the fastest
growing sectors in India.
In India, the Media & Entertainment industry was worth US$ 17.0 billion in 2014.
The market size of the industry is anticipated to grow at a Compound Annual
Growth Rate (CAGR) of 13.98 per cent during 2014-18 to reach US$ 32.7 billion.
2.2 Projected position for the future
Only one or two success feature film project in market will secure our position with
in the Industry resultinng established Artists / Technicians / Investors / Distributors
will open their doors for us.

The Country with a strength of 125 Crore are us potential viewers.
2.4 Direct competitors
The beauty of this Industry is there is No Direct Competitiors in the Market, Every
Cinema Art has its own unique value in between the viewers.
3. Operations
3.1 Organizational structure
We will hire Freshers Talented Artists, and talented technicial crew to reduce the
cost of project to minimum.
3.2 Needed Infrastructure
We don’t need of any established office permanently or to buy any equipment. All
equipments, art services, casting, facilities, locations, legal advisory services,available
on daily basis rentals.
3.3 Core operations
Schedules, script, locations and talent will be ‘locked’ and will stay locked. This avoids
consternation and confusion within departments, help us to reduce any kind of
financial risk.
4. Marketing
4.1 Overview Summary
Marketing of feature film is last and most important section. Marketing strategies are
key to make the film with in reach of audience.
4.2 Selling Distributors Rights by Producers.
The distributor buys the “distribution rights” from the producer, mostly in the very
beginning itself (or) sometimes after previewing the final cut. However, the pre-acquiring
of film distribution right is based on the casting, crew, director, story and the
producer’s past success.
Rights i.e Theatre release, DVD Release, Satelite Channels Release, Internet Release etc.
Producers can sell the wholly rights to Distributions at a certain amount fixed. Distributor
then invest his money to market and release the film.
4.3 Distributors sell rights to Exhibitors.
The person who owned theatre is called an Exhibitor. Distributors get the return from the
theatre and it is known as “Distribution Right”. The ‘Distribution right’ is calculated on the
basis of an agreement with the theatre owner/Exhibitor Association and film distributor.
4.4. Screening films in Various Film Festivals.
To earn maximum profit from film project, Producer can send film to various films
festivals worldwide. Getting nominations from film festivals increase the profit in selling
distributors rights.
4.5 Entertainment Now available in Pocket
Enhancement in Technology making entertainment available in pocket of every
person. 4G internet service will help in generating more profit.
